Sharon is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya and brings on board practical experience regarding PPPs and infrastructure advisory. She has for the last seven years been the Head of Legal at Intex Construction Limited.  In her experience, she has been at the heart of legal risk assessment, PPP project agreement drafting and negotiation, mobilization of financing, contract implementation and management as well as dispute resolution of the first road PPP project in Kenya. Sharon therefore brings recent, practical experience of an operational infrastructure PPP project in Kenya.
Sharon holds an LLB from the Nelson Mandela University in South Africa and has received further training in PPPs from the University of Queensland Australia where she undertook a professional course on Public Private Infrastructure Projects under the Australia Awards Programme. Furthermore, she is an APMG level 1 certified PPP expert and alumna of the Africa Project Finance Programme. She is passionate about ‘People-first’ project development and was recently appointed as IMPPPACT Ambassador for Kenya by the Global Alliance.
